From Claiming E-tickets to Admission

STEP 0For first time users of the TWICE JAPAN OFFICIAL APP

  • Download App

    Send URL to iPhone

    This will install the TWICE JAPAN OFFICIAL APP from the App Store.

    *If you are unable to download the app properly, please search on the App Store and download the app there.

    *To prevent improper use of e-tickets, changing your device or reinstalling the app is limited to twice per month.
    Please be aware that repeatedly re-installing the app will cause you to be unable to log in.

    After launching the app, you can use the ticket menu by tapping “Tickets” in the menu at the bottom of the screen, and then logging in with the EMTG (or email address) and password you used when applying for tickets.

    *It is necessary for both the applicant and their companion to install the app and their claim tickets.

    *If you applied for tickets by “Pre-order for Children without a Smartphone,” the companion and 2 tickets will be shown when you log in with the applicant’s ID.

  • Telephone Number Authentication

    When you log in, you will be transfered to the telephone number input screen. Please enter the telephone number for the device used with the app. After entering your number, an SMS message will be sent to your device. Please enter the authentication number listed.

    *The ticket menu cannot be used on smartphones without an SMS contract or telephone number.

STEP 1Claiming Tickets

  • Claim your ticket

    When you receive the e-ticket display notification email, please tap the “You have new tickets” message, and check that the tickets for the corresponding concert are shown.

    *Please be aware that it not necessary to claim them using the “Claim Tickets” action at the bottom right of the screen.

    *If the “You have new tickets” message is not displayed, you may be logged in with a different ID from when you applied.

  • Confirm that your ticket is displayed

    Please confirm that your ticket is displayed by selecting the concert from My Tickets at least one day before the concert.

STEP 2Bring your smartphone on the day of the concert!

  • Display the entry check screen in advance

    You can’t enter the venue without your ticket!
    Please be sure to show this screen!

    When entering the venue, tap the corresponding concert under “Tickets” in the menu to display the “Entry Check Screen,” and show it to the admissions staff.
    If you are showing multiple tickets, please enter the venue with the applicant.

    *The entry check screen will be displayed on the day of the concert.

    *If you close the the entry check screen, please go back to “Tickets” in the menu, and display the ticket for the concert.

  • Get your stamp and enter the venue

    After the entry check screen is verified, you only need to get a stamp to enter the venue.

    *You cannot enter the venue using a screenshot of the entry check screen.
    Please be sure to show the entry check screen from the e-ticket app.

  • Confirm that your ticket is displayed/p>

    Please confirm that your ticket is displayed by selecting the concert from My Tickets at least one day before the concert.

STEP 2Bring your smartphone on the day of the concert!

  • Display the entry check screen in advance

    You can’t enter the venue without your ticket!
    Please be sure to show this screen!

    When entering the venue, tap the corresponding concert under “Tickets” in the menu to display the “Entry Check Screen,” and show it to the admissions staff.

  • Get your stamp and enter the venue
