Ticket Description
This pre-order will use the TWICE JAPAN OFFICIAL APP e-tickets for booking to prevent reselling of tickets.
*E-tickets are for use with smartphones only.

Ticket Display Date About 2 weeks in advance of each concert date (tentative)
*Seating information is scheduled to be released 3 days before the concert date
Device for Viewing Tickets Viewable on the smartphones of the applicant and companion
Devices supported by the e-ticket app ■Smartphones with cellular service capable of connecting to the internet.
* iOS 7.0 or Android OS 4.0 and later
* SMS and telephone service is required for iPhones.
■The following device are not supported, even if they meet the specifications above!
* Devices that do not support Google Play or App Store (Raku-Raku phones, feature phones, etc.)
* iPad / iPad mini
* Android tablets
* iPod touch
* SIM-free devices (freetel series, etc.)
Ticket Sharing Not Available

Register for EMTG Lite (Free) here
- ONCE JAPAN members and ONCE JAPAN members may also apply. It is not necessary to register for EMTG Lite separately.
- Pre-school children may not apply
Concert Application Limit
Up to 4 preferences
- You can apply for a maximum of 4 concert drawings.
- If you win the drawings for multiple concerts, payment for the cost of tickets cannot be made separately for each concert, so please be sure to only apply for concerts you can attend.
Ticket Application Limit
Limit 2 tickets per concert
- Each member may apply once.
About illicit resale or transfer of tickets
- These pre-order tickets can only be used to enter the venue by the purchaser.
- Illicit sale (resale) or transfer of tickets is prohibited.
- Illicitly resold tickets may be refused admission to the venue on the day of the concert.
- Resale for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited, and the validity of tickets resold even once is not guaranteed.
- Members found to have engaged in illicit transactions will be penalized in future drawings.
